English Immersion Program for Kindergarten Students in October

Every October NIVA American offers an English immersion course for children ages 3-4 years old who are on vacation from their regular school. During the theme-based learning program, young learners get to improve their verbal English proficiency and vocabulary by practicing arts and crafts and participating in various entertaining conversational topics under which pictures, books, models, storytelling techniques, and games are used to capture their attention.

Overall, this program covers the developmental, cognitive, social-emotional, and physical aspects of learning in an English-speaking environment. 

Each day of the program lasts between 9am and 3pm.

Kindergarten and Elementary English Immersion Program in March and April

Every March and April NIVA American offers an English immersion program for children from the Kindergarten 1 to Grade 8 levels who are on break from their regular school. During the program, students learn a variety of subjects, such as Mathematics, English, and Science, in English through books, group activities, and educational games and improve their verbal English proficiency and vocabulary. Music, arts and crafts, and physical exercises are also used to make the program fun and effective. 

Overall, this program covers the developmental, cognitive, social-emotional, and physical aspects of learning in an English-speaking environment. 

Each day of the program lasts between 7.40am and 3.15pm.

Preparation Program for New Students in June

The preparation program in June helps ready our new students for the rigour of their life at NIVA American before the start of the new academic year in August. The program involves assisting students in:

  • Adapting to a new routine at NIVA American;
  • Familiarizing themselves with the school environment; and
  • Preparing and getting ready for the new school year.
