Submit your application with required documents
Please download and fill out our Application Form. Once filled, please email the Application Form together with the documents listed below to admissions@niva.ac.th.
Required Documents for Thai Applicants:
- Copies of previous school records and transcript
- Copies of Thai National ID Cards (applicant and both parents)
- A copy of house registration
- A copy of applicant’s birth certificate
- Two 1.5 inch photographs of applicant
- One 1.5 inch photographs of each parent
- Vaccine records (for students applying for nursery to grade 5 only)
Required Documents for International Applicants:
- Copies of previous school records and transcript
- Copies of parents’ passports
- A copy of applicant’s birth certificate or passport
- A copy of applicant’s birth certificate
- Two 1.5 inch photographs of applicant
- One 1.5 inch photographs of each parent
- Vaccine records (for students applying for nursery to grade 5 only)
Once we’ve made sure that everything is in order, we’ll give you a call to schedule an appointment for our next step, Applicant Assessment.

Please note that we are unable to process any application until all required documents have been received. Submission of an application form does not guarantee a place. And because NIVA American International School prioritizes student safety and well-being, we reserve the right to decline admission if we cannot meet the necessary standards of care for the applicant.

The purpose of the assessment is to help us better understand your child’s unique needs in order for us to provide all the support they need to succeed at school.
Nursery & Kindergarten
Application Fee: 2,000 Baht

The Application Fee payment can be made on the day of the assessment prior to the assessment itself.

Fees can be paid by bank transfers and credit cards. Cash is not accepted.
Pay school fees
For your convenience, we offer two easy payment options:
- Visit us and make the payment in person with your credit card
- Complete a bank transfer using our QR code from anywhere and sending the proof of payment to NIVA’s Finance Line Account: @nivafinance
