Required Documents for Thai Applicants:
- Copies of previous school records and transcript
- Copies of Thai National ID Cards (applicant and both parents)
- A copy of house registration
- A copy of applicant’s birth certificate
- Two 1.5 inch photographs of applicant
- One 1.5 inch photographs of each parent
- Vaccine records (for students applying for nursery to grade 5 only)

If your previous school records and transcript are not in English, please provide a translated version. Other documents can remain in Thai as is.

Assessments for this level are both computer and paper-based.
The Application Fee payment can be made on the day of the assessment prior to the assessment itself.
